I hate finding my nuts in the door.

This seems to be a somewhat recent discovery. There are other threads on it too. Mine wasn't too bad on my '11, but my neighbor's '07 had it worse. He's been off-road with his truck much more than I have with this one. I'm guessing that it's a combination of the larger items falling down from the base of the windshield at it's outboard edges and road debris filtering past the fender liners.

I did the front radiator vents on my 911 a few weeks ago, think there was 2-3 lbs of debris

Yep, pretty common issue. Debris collects up top by the windshield and go down from there. Mud gets packed inside pretty easy as well. Cleaned mine out a bunch on a factory 12' CM.

A little of this and a little of that.
Mice was squeaky clean. I haven't had it off road at all though.
