    Hi All.
I have been loyal to multiple forums over the years. Unfortunately most have now fizzled out.
I was a former Chevy die hard until things started getting undesirable with them.
I bought my first Tundra and absolutely loved it. Was a 2003 Access Cab TRD. When I retired the first one I had to have another. I have had my 2012 Tundra DC for a few years now and it is my most favorite of any I have ever owned.
Its too funny to me because I meet other Tundra owners here and there and we always end up in a lengthy conversation about them. Most mention that my generation is actually better than the newer ones as cost saving measures really start to show.
Living In Upstate NY always has its challenges that some people never get to experience and most of us love to forget
I look forward to sharing information, contributing to the forum, and learning from others

Not sure who's saving on them, Toyota has easily dropped a cold bill recalling those things. Crazy thing is they haven't even fixed anything, so they're just gonna keep replacing.

    Anyway..... welcome.

I do have a few. One I am almost ready to give up on, but I guess it will be a surprise.
I did put the Optitron Cluster in this year. I was not as thrilled as I thought I would be with it. I was hoping it would give more information

    I agree.
It seems interior quality and non infotainment creature comforts are going away, and well... Lets just say that before I bought my 2012 I actually entertained buying a brand new one. Specifically because I wanted 8' bed with a double cab. The dealer had 2. One that was special ordered, and the other to stock. I loved the color (Tundra grey) 2022 I believe it was. I passed on it for 3 big reasons. I did not want to downgrade from my V8, I didn't like the fact it shut itself off and you would have to disable it every time you drove it, and the price. It was 87k iirc. Was a regular model.
I ended up buying my current one and couldn't be happier

Thank You. I hope to make this one last forever. NY will say otherwise
The salesman sighed as He said I was by far not the only one to walk away because of it. It was funny when he thought the solution of turning the engine stop button off would satisfy me, it didn't.

They are all like that now. GM, Toyota, Dodge has a little bit better system from what I hear. But they all shut off when you come down to a stop and restart as you take off... (not for me
    Completely agree. Thank You
