Hey Everyone, not sure if I've posted here yet or not ‍♂️,been lurking for a long time
    My question
Anyone installed the tundra 4.6 litre bypass kit ?
Just received mine today and everything worked fine, with 2 exceptions, the instructions aren't clear on whether you remove a wire from bank 2 at the plug (try calling them, but they were closed,as I live on the west coast of Canada) and my exhaust block offs didn't work,as it's a different hook up,so had to make my own to fit inside the piping
Any feedback would be much appreciated

Had mine for almost 2-yrs, no problems , don't remember removing any wires , and my block off plates fit perfect. If I remember correctly ,you don't need to put plates in with kits. They are really helpful as I agree I had a little trouble with instructions , but a phone call got it taken care of. Really helpful and friendly.

I also have a question for the people who've installed this HT bypass kit...

If I install it, can I remove the SAIC pumps and lines from my truck? Will that affect anything? Has anyone else does this?

    Edit: 2007 4.7L 2UZFE if it matters.

why bother, sounds like a pain removing everything, it's not really in the way , YET. maybe later if I have to work on something and it's in the way , then I will remove.

The lines make changing the aft two spark plugs on each side a 2 hour ordeal. I know I don't need to change out my plugs for like another 97K miles now, but if they don't do anything due to the bypass I'd like to remove them.

Did not know this yet , only 80,000 so far, but are you able to get at plugs thru fender wells by raising front end? Found this works on alot of cars and trucks.

I have the 4.6. I originally had the first bypass kit. Recently upgraded to the newer one. Block offs went in no problem. The people there at HP are extremely friendly and helpful. That new kit is pretty awesome I just say

I’m not sure I would remove a bunch of obvious smog stuff under the hood. The visual inspection here in Cali can be the hardest to fake

    Pretty things
Meh. When I ran into a shop who wanted to be "by the books" regarding the visual inspection... I just found another shop who was willing to fudge the visual so long as the vehicles numbers were within spec.

Haven't lived in cali for several years, but I assume the smog inspections are still preformed at private garages.

One shop failed me without even hooking up any equipment because of a CAI (I know... i was young and thought it was super cool). Next shop was more than happy to overlook the very basic engine mods since the vehicle was a clean burner.

The kit plugs in-line on the wiring for each valve. They have youtube videos that you can watch that explain what to do.

The block off plates are installed at the exhaust manifolds. They dont fit at the valves unless you modify them like I did because of rust.
