does anyboday know the cause of this? One day I turned on truck and drive out of gas station then I felt the traction control kick on and made my truck drive slow so I turned off then same happened again. After that truck started and turned off took two more tries then I started driving and all those lights came. 4 wheel won’t engage unless I turn truck on first then put into 4hi/lo. Also when I’m first driving before the 4hi/lo lights come on the speedometer doesn’t register correct speed. Only after lights for 4 hi/lo start flashing on and off. I have 2011 4.6 Texas Editon. Please help

TRD Air Filters, Front door windows tinted to match the rears. Wheel locks, Talons Garage cat shield, Tyger Automotive soft tonneau cover, WeatherTech floor mats with Tuff Skinz Custom Emblem kit, Toyota OEM Emblem Black Out kit. AVS vent covers on all four doors, Red Tundra letters on front bumper & TRD highlighted in Red on front grille. Tailgate Tundra Letters in Black.
Sounds like it’s in LIMP mode.

First thing that comes to mind is the air pumps.

Try disconnecting the battery than reconnect to see if the system resets.

If not you need to take it in to your Toyota dealer to run the system check and see what code is triggered.

Disconnected but still comes back on. Where’s the air pump?
