    Hey all!
    I have a 2018 Tundra Limited Crewcab TRD 2WD
Apparently the display will split into 2-3 screens showing the right half as Navigation, the others on mine are the audio and phone number quick select.

Even when using the navigation, the display goes back to the 3-way split screen after a few seconds. I’ve found the setting where you can make changes to what is displayed, but can’t final a way to display the Navigation in full screen when being used. I want to see the navigation details/map in full screen when using it. Can I do that? If so, how? I’m old and need the bigger display.
    Thanks!

I think if you just touch the map it will expand to full screen.

On my 16 4Runner when I used the factory Nav I could touch the Nav portion of the screen and it would take over full screen until I hit the home button on the dash. I haven't used the built in nav on my Tundra but once, and I seem to remember it being the same way.

Thanks for the input but when I touch the map while using navigation, it does go to full screen, but then after a few moments, it resets to multi screen again.

    Try this:

Press APPS button to left of Navigation screen
    Select SETUP
    Select GENERAL
Scroll down (on right) and UNcheck AUTO RETURN TO HOME SCREEN.

There's no option for full time map screen. It will always default back.

See my post above. I remember changing this on my 4Runner and it worked. It stayed on whatever you selected, Nav, Audio, Phone, you had to manually hit the Home button to go back home.
I don't know if the Entune in the Tundra is the same, but for a 18 Tundra it should be the same.

If you find the option, let me know cause I've never seen it.

Thanks Doxidad! I think that worked. Why didn’t they put that control function under “Display”!
I’m also trying to figure out how to select avoid/not avoid HOV and toll lanes for specific trips or as a general preference.
Thanks again so much for your help! I bought this Tundra in September 19 and this display thing has been a source of frustration the entire time.

    Awesome. Glad it worked.
    Try this for toll roads

How do you set the navigation to "Avoid Toll Roads" etc.? Touch the Apps button on the dash, then select "Navigation", then "Options", then "Edit Route". Then in the "Preferences" you can touch "Toll Roads" to toggle On or Off. To avoid Toll Roads you want it Off (the indicator NOT illuminated).

I can change from 2 or 3 displays but when using the Navigation it will not stay on full screen.

Yeah I’m out of ideas. I only know of the one way to disable automatic home.

Doxiedad’s display instructions worked for my tundra. And thanks also for the help on HOV settings. I’ll try that.

What Doxiedad said worked for me. When you first crank up, it will be split. Touch to map and it will go full screen and stay that unless you select <Home> Or until you turn the engine off. Of course it may go off if you make/receive a call. I haven’t tried that yet.
    Thanks again to Doxiedad.
