Can anyone ID this clip/part number. I need it for the replacement fender liners I purchased. Thanks!

If you have the 14-21 offorad package, the part numbers are:
    left
    53883-0C050
    right
    53882-0C060

If you don't have the off road package, you likely have the one with the clips, insead of screws. These can easily be found by searching:

    "Front Fender Seal "

The part numbers will be slighly different but very close.

Sparks have the correct info called out. Toyota website does not indicate this and I had to do hours of searching just to verify this annoying litte crappy PcsOfSht !

    Correction -
The original part numbers from my 2021 1794 with OR package, are actually
    Left
    53883-0C040
    Right
    53882-0C050

When reading directly off the broken pieces.

It is quite confusing when ordering the right ones.

Mine totally broke when I changed my fog lights. Need to replace my worn bezels soon so need to take them off again. Hopefully I can finagle them back on without replacing. Thanks for the part numbers! I have an SR5 OR and mine look like the ones OP posted.

For anyone that's interested, here is a comparison (the broken bigger tab was placed against the wrong, new fender seal with smaller tabs). The smaller tab version will NOT fit because the holes on the bumper caps will NOT line up! They look very deceivingly similar and will lead you to believe they will work.

For reference, it helps to 'release' the clips when removing that part.
Be gentle with it, don't force it.

This part of "fender seal" is secured to the fender liner by the back tabs - circled in red, and secured to the front bumper cap, by the front tabs, circled in yellow.
The yellow edge is very fragile and will break if being pushed directly. I fount it is easier to get the liner off by prying up the front tab gently and wiggle it out. What you are really doing is to pry up the the screw holes which are indent to fit each other; once they are pried up, the whole thing will slide away. The back tabs are meant to keep this fender seal on the fender liner, so try not to separate it from the liner.
