Hey everyone. Doug here. Currently in a Tacoma but looking to go big!
The Tumdra I'm eyeballing is a 2020 limited on a BDS lift, 22" Fuels and 37s.

I'm here to get input, take constructive criticism and absorb all the info I can.

Here my potential purchase. Thanks for having me.

Personally, I'm not a fan of 22s; but that set up looks good. What's the price point, mileage, etc. on that rig???

This truck is discounted to just under $49k.
    The mileage is 32,000.
The 22s concern me for MPG. Bet that thing gets like 10. Lol, oh well.
It's a local 1 owner and the carfax shows it at the same dealership where purchased regularly for service and inspection. Now it's back at the same dealership as a trade in for a 23 Tundra.
I thought the price was a little high, but seams to be in the ballpark with other relatively low mileage, 4 door Tundra of this trim. (Limited).
    Thanks for the welcome!

Fair price for a 202 limited with mods and those miles. Nice looking truck. You are correct on MPG, gonna be low. Has the truck been regeared? That may be an additional cost that you may end up needing depending on how you will be using the truck.

Maybe it's just the picture, but the rear tire isn't sitting center in the wheel well.

No regear that I'm aware of. I can only see the truck thus far feom pics the salesman is sending to me. It's on the same lot where I bought my Tacoma, about 3.5 hours from me.

I sure hope it just the camera angle. I wish I could get eyes on this truck, so far I'm depending on the salesman for pictures and info.

That's an absolute gorgeous truck and the Limited package is nice. It sounds like you could be the beneficiary of someone simply trading up. The gas cost sucks but anyone who buys full size trucks or SUV's just has to grin and bare it. Fortunately with the larger gas tank you can still actually travel some distance, even with the lift and tires. For $49K as for a bed cover, Nerf bars or whatever you may need.

At least have them do a video walk around walk around (inside and out) for you before you make the drive, or you could try a facetime/video call and talk them through what you want to see. Also, it wouldn't hurt to check in w/the service department. Give them the VIN and have them give you service info, etc. on the vehicle. Differential and transfer case service should have been done at 30k, if it hasn't you can either work that into the deal or know that will need to be done.

Prices have been coming down, so I don't think it's a "great deal"; but it doesn't seem out of line either :notsure:
