    Hello from Lake City, FL, my name is Steve and I am a soon to be first time Tundra owner, a 2018 SR5 4x4 TRD Off Road:

    [Edit: I have cancelled delivery on this truck through Vroom but I am getting essentially the same truck through CarMax and will have that next week. I'll post a new thread with pic when I get it]

    [Edit 2: The truck from Carmax had a trashed bed that wasn't visible in the pics due to a drop on plastic bedliner. It had blobs of concrete stuck to the bed, both wheel wells were majorly dented, and the front bed wall was dented. 2 of the 4 front bed wall plugs were missing and the other two had a hole drilled in them for an unknown purpose. I passed on the truck but CarMax would not refund the $199 transfer fee from another store because they said the drop in plastic bedliner covered the damage.] So I am getting one from Carvana - a 2020 Silver sky Crewmax 4x4 with TRD Off-road package]

    I should have it in about a week and I am looking forward to it. This is replacing my 1996 Tacoma that I bought back in 96, which is done after 25 years and 300,000 miles of faithful service. My son was driving that, so he will take over my 2007 FJ 4x4 (195,000 miles) and I will take the Tundra for myself :)

    I don't do a lot of serious offroading, but I have done a lot of beach driving and some beach camping in the FJ, so I am looking forward to my first beach trip (in FL we go to Huguenot memorial state park in Jax but looking for more FL beach driving destinations).

    Nice to be here and I am looking forward to checking out the forum and reading some threads!
