I was looking at the spec and it looks like there is a ground clearance difference if you get the hybrid?

It seems like the hybrid sits lower, presumably for fuel economy. What is the difference between running ground clearance and ground clearance?

Shouldnt matter while offroading as i imagine the airdam is deployed at a higher speed?

“Highway speeds” is what I have heard. It better. Anything below about 40 and it will have to be removed right away.

Yeah, that would kill offroading and you would snag that thing on parking lot curbs and the like.

you would think with how much technology are in these new vehicles these days that something like what speed it drops would be adjustable in the computer screen in the dash.

They want control over that because otherwise it would affect their EPA rating.

The other part of clearance is iMax has HD (Larger) diffs and regular iForce has regular (smaller) diffs.

I wanted a faster vehicle so I also bought a Chevy SS... because 4 door sedans with big V8’s are hilarious.
It’s mounted to a torque limited clutch to break away and fold on a sudden impact.

Probably wouldn’t be harmed at all.

"Running ground clearance" is the chassis. Pumpkin, fuel tank, etc. "Ground clearance" with the lower number will be the front chin I'm pretty sure. Hybrid has a larger rear pumpkin to handle the extra torque, so a bit lower running ground clearance.

Not bad numbers actually. Workable considering the stock 32.5" tires. Muffler hangs a bit low, chin affects approach angle, but if one could fit 35's on it and the factory lift the numbers look much better.
