I've read that the IForce 5.7 has a tuned intake with butterfly valves and tuned intake runner. I've never heard or sensed it until today. Had to tow this fat pig and on a series of hills, I could hear the intake track change VERY audibly. I have the TRD intake, but the exhaust is usually much louder, until today, holy cow.... Was interesting to hear it switch on and off as the intake track changed....

Sadly, I am selling it. Just pulled it out of storage to clean up and list. Is in great mechanical and interior condition, 95K original miles, but needs paint badly. A few rust bubbles, but nothing else. Have had 20 years, always wanted to do a modern engine & suspension/brakes, and Grand National Style paint job, but you know how it is....

Damn! I like the car a lot. That’s sad. And I have heard mine butterfly often on mine.

I have the S&B intake and the switch is extremely audible about 4K. Sounds incredible.

I hear ya! It takes lots of money to begin a project like this. Is it a 1986? What state and how much are you asking?

I had an 86 olds cutlass supreme in MGM. I liked that car a lot, air shocks in the back, mag wheels. The only thing was that MGM was so slow.

No, I was literally just thinking the same thing. Wish I did. I actually liked that car a lot.
