Headlights not very bright?

My tundra has halogen lights (HB2) can anyone suggest led lights that are brighter? I could go on Amazon and just a buy a set but i wanted to see what others are doing.

I would like to replace the fog lights as well.

I replaced mine with Profile retrofits soon after buying the truck. Rather then Amazon I would go with a quality retrofit or OEM LEDs. For the fogs I just put in some LED bulbs. Night and day difference. I can now tell that my fogs are actually on. Go to the lighting forum.

Besides the S/C, I have to agree.

We have a 2014 Highlander and the lights suck just the same.

 

Replaced my halogen fogs with Diode Dynamics SS3 pros. Very glad I went with them. They're extremely bright. Outshine the low beams and no issues blinding other drivers. Kit is plug and play and very easy to install, especially if you can pull your fogs out the front like I was able to.

 

another vote for OEM Trd Black LED headlights with iHacker harness. Mario’s harness makes it plug and play. He is super easy to work with.

the OEM LED fog lights are plug and play as is.

i am not mechanical with automotives but it was very easy. There is a video on one of the threAds for Led headlight swap.

The best mod. Literally night and day. The truck looks like it’s supposed to look. baaaad@$$.

I put off the OEM LEDs because I bought halogen TRD Pro headlights for my 2014 SR5 in 2015.



But, after installing the OEM LED TRD Pro headlights, the difference is truly night and day.
Much brighter light, high and low beam, and much better looking.
Of course, I used an @iHacker harness.

 

I have a set of OE LED brand new takeoffs with fogs for $450 in the CO trading post if interested...

 

What is the difference in the OEM LED lights vs the TRD OEM LED lights?

 

Internal housing color iirc. Trd is black, OE is chrome

 

Quite frankly my BIC is brighter than the halogen bulbs that Yota conveniently provided stock on my 07 and 14....
