Have an 02 Tundra 3.4 and have a cracked head. Where is the best source for heads? Used and refurbished or new. I know the OEM is always best but I am gonna replace both sides. Just trying to go to a good source. The internet has been failing me generally. Getting mixed reviews on sites and not sure where to go that isn’t 2000 a side

Yota1 but their site says "available on backorder" so not sure about them. Maybe worth giving them a call.

I cracked my head on my 3.4 Taco so that's become my project truck. Have it completely dissasembled right now but also recently listed to sell :(

That’s what I am trying to avoid. I see a lot of them out there but as for decent quality I am worried.

I was looking on there too but didn’t find the head. Only the gasket kit.

I had to check after seeing your post. Unfortunately you can't buy a complete 2uz engine off Amazon, but you can buy rebuild kits and pistons.

Can't speak for Summit personally but my brother is working on a pretty big project and he has nothing but good things to say about Summit. He's practically been living there the past several months. Here's a few shots he sent me..
