Hack for Toyota Remote Start exist/created?

So my toyota (sequoia) has the factory remote start with the crazy feature of shutting off the engine when i go to open the door. Why Toyota, why?

Other remote starts I've had allow the door to be manually or remotely unlocked then require the key to be inserted/brake pressed to allow the engine to remain running.

Anyone hacked our systems to prevent the engine from shutting down when opening the door?
