I ordered TPO and then immediately bought my color matched grille and bulge. Going to take care of that chrome in one fell swoop.

I'm still waiting on my grill and MGM surround....first one shipped was honeycomb grey and I wanted black but it's been 7-8 weeks no. The hood bulge was perfect match. For its and giggles I asked my dealership how much for the labor to do the swap.........$1,000!!! Something about recalibrating the radar.....thanks, but, no thanks. Once that comes in and the front corners arrive, the only chrome left will be the circles around the air vents inside.

Yeah don't pay that. I just watched Rob Motive's YouTube videos on the install and it took me about an hour and a half, taking my time to get it right.

I just ordered mine in gloss white. Front and rear. Now to tell the wife what I just did... Maybe I should order the TRD PRO grill while I'm at it

No worries there...I already gave at the Toyota office in January. I did the Tech12Volts 90% complete stereo upgrade myself and damn near everything else except the shocks and shackles from David Elkstrom.

The dealership won't believe it's the same truck when I go in for my first free oil change. The best part was removing their asinine floral it's a great day at Conicelli license plate holder.

Haha yeah I made the dealer take their logo sticker off the tailgate before I picked my truck up. Unless they're paying me I'm not advertising for them.

They are so backed up on processing the orders. I don't think they are even 1/4th of the way through. Right now it looks like MGM will be there for sure, though I doubt that's a surprise.

How are you ordering the black honeycomb as opposed to gray? I thought all were gray except the Pro and SR? Are you trying to order the Black SR grille through Sparks and requesting color match paint on the surround?

We've decided to make a slight change of plans to the group-buy which hopefully will save everyone a headache, and get as many people in on the group-buy as possible.

We're going to start Pre-orders tomorrow (Wednesday the 15th) at 1:00PM pst instead of Friday. The Group-Buy will be open until next week on Wednesday. This will allow us to essentially make parts to order for exactly the color/configuration (Sensors/no Sensors) everybody wants. That way all our efforts and time can be focused on your exact orders rather than building up a set amount of inventory and hoping that we got our numbers right. That also means that you guys aren't going to have to go back through all 47 of the pages to see when you posted first because the plan is to fill every order placed. We are planning on doing 2 manufacturing runs. The first one is where we will try to get as many people in as possible. If we run out of inventory, we will schedule a second manufacturing run to get to the rest of the orders. The earlier you place your order, the better chance there will be for you to be in that first manufacturing run, and get your parts sooner. Most STOCK COLOR orders in the should be shipped out before the end of next week, with OEM PAINT orders to ship out the week after. We will keep everyone as updated as possible on the status of their particular order.

NOTE FOR OEM COLOR MATCHED SETS----------------------------------------
Because of this slight tweak to the ordering timing, we are not doing a set number of colors. Instead, we are opening up all color options for ordering so even if you don't have MGM, Cement, or one of the other more popular colors you will have the option to order your specific color. However, we need to have at least 10 orders for a specific color before we send the sets out to be painted. For example, if only 2 Blazing Blue Pearl orders were placed during the group buy, we would not send your order out to be painted until an additional 8 orders were placed. We're able to offer affordable painting costs because we will be painting in volume. Without that volume of orders, we don't get cheaper pricing. If we don't have 10 orders in your color by the end of the group buy, you can either choose to wait until we release the Tundra covers to the public to see if more people hop on, or you can contact us and ask for either a refund or a swap to another color.

HOW DOES ORDERING WORK?-------------------------------------------------------------
Tomorrow at 1:00PM PST I will post ordering instructions on the thread along with a link to the product page to order, and the Group-Buy discount code.

CAN I GET REFUNDED FOR MY PRE-ORDER?----------------------------------------------------------
At any point before your order ships, or is sent our for painting, you can request a full refund for your pre-order. We will allow color swapping as well if you change your mind, but this will most likely result in a delay of your order until the 2nd manufacturing run which should take place within the next 2 weeks.

I understand where you're coming from; however, my thinking is that if I just spent $45,000 plus on a new Tundra, I want the fender color to match the body paint, not just close enough. Here's hoping that at least 9 others agree with me! If not I will have to be satisfied with close.
