having had mine delivered, installed & core sent back.

 

This is my confusion, I ordered 3/5 & based on what I can see nobody 3/10 yet he has it installed. Kinda disappointing

It seems Wholesale ships completely arbitrarily.

Also, I know it has not a thing to do with Johnny

It did. I believe a call and email about the delay resolved it.

 

Yes, it was resolved. I’d say not everything will be as timely as we may like, but you will be made whole with time.

I wouldn’t be concerned. As mentioned these come from downsouth with availability dependent on cores etc.

 

Glad it's not a need. I'd trade a months long delay for resolving my AC nightmare.

I just got my core refund, so hopefully that means +1 is headed back for rebuild.

 

Spoke to them last week and got an update. They sent a bundle of cores to Australia which will fulfill many of our orders. The order discounts are still being processed via Shopify (I think that's who they use) which obviously isn't the fastest at doing them.

Just double checking - when I do replace the VB using the larger pan, I need 15 total quarts of fluid. Correct?

 

yes, or thereabouts.

 

I'm running Amsoil & have 15 quarts to do my R&R. I also have 4 quarts of Toyota WS, is there a reason if I need another quart I can't use the WS?

 

I would get additional Amsoil. I’m sure it would be okay, but I wouldn’t mix.

 

Has anyone received their 15% back?
