2" leveling kit, cherry bomb glass pack, JVC touchscreen with backup camera, Bull Bar Bumper 17" Limited wheels with 265/60/17 Tires
    Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the forum been reading for about two years. I picked up a 2004 Tundra 5vzfe 5spdMT with 108K miles on it about two years ago. I've since upgraded the wheels to the limited "5 spoke" alloys along with a set of 265/65r17 Nokian One HT tires. Those things ride much smoother than the offset 16" rims that had AT tires on them. I got more than enough clearance with a two inch leveling kit. Replaced the head unit with a JVC/Kenwood touchscreen and I should get the back up camera wired in, in the next month or so, just gotta make the time to schedule that appointment. So far that's the only work I haven't done myself on this truck. I added a Mugen 8" shifter knob to the shifter so I'm not always hunched over trying to shift (6'2" height is not what they were thinking with the original design). I took out the original muffler and added a cherry bomb glass pack muffler along with a K&N air filter. About a year ago I added a bull bar bumper and a receiver hitch. I recently replaced the rotors, pads, timing belt and drive belts and the new rotors make a huge difference in stopping. I was looking at adding the Lexus GX460 brake calipers but not sure I'll get to that any time soon. I just ordered an addco rear sway bar. I also added Hellwig helper springs because my wife do a ton of landscaping around the house and you never know when I'll be loaded down with a yard of dirt in the bed. I'm thoroughly impressed with these trucks. I've been loving the content, hopefully I can contribute to the forum.
