How can I get this off without damage to paint or grill.

I washed the truck today and stuck my finger in there with the microfiber cloth I was washing with. It is proving to be a bit resilient.green grill.jpg

Try something like a drop of Dawn dish soap on a qtip. Do it gently though....that silver paint can come off very easily....I found that out when I put my front camera in on my old grille.

If its algae use borate. Remember 20 mule train borax? Available in Walmart usually. I use it diluted with water to treat my log home and the north side of my neighbor's place with vinyl siding. Pretty benign stuff.

Dawn Powerwash may do the trick also, that stuff works on almost everything
