Good quality bed cap with ladder rack for long bed ?

Thinking of buying long bed for for our construction business, as my '09 Econoline 350 V10 is starting to show it's age. Looks like pickup is the way to go now if you want to tow, and we have a dump trailer for business.

That brings me to trying to find good quality bed cap with ladder rack on top.
I'm having hard time trying to narrow down which companies offer good quality product.
I'm in Canada, but I can always import from US if I won't be able to find anything on this side of the border.

 

I have an ARE DCU on mine and it is pretty nice.
They seem pretty similar between brands for this kind if top though I also had a Century and it seemed to have more structure under the skin but that might have just been its age too?
I would get the doors skinned inside too or they will show from being poked inside pretty quickly probably!
Obviously you can get them with racks too
