What Auto Scan Tool would you recommend for a Toyota Tundra? I have been looking at the Blue Driver wireless scan tool and it has fantastic reviews. Maybe there are better models for Toyota Tundras?

    Thank,

That one looks cool, but it does get some mixed reviews (I just did a quick search, no real research).

I use OBD fusion. App and device were maybe $60 altogether. I’ve only used it to monitor trans temps.

What scanner device are you using? WiFi or Bluetooth? iPhone or other? Looking for an inexpensive Bluetooth version that will work with my iPhone. Veepeak WiFi version I’m using works great except it interferes with my wireless CarPlay adapter.

    Function before sparkle.
For iOS, Veepeak adapter (I used the BLe+ model) and OBD Fusion (with the extra purchase Toyota features) is a commonly used and solid pairing. There is also an excellent thread on dashboards here on the forum.

It is a wireless unit. Sounds like it might not be the right fit for what you have.

Can any of the OBD ll engine monitoring systems show the data on the navigation screen in the truck or do they show on the cell phone screen? If it is on the cell phone screen can Projection be used to place on the Navigation screen?
