So I rent cars pretty frequently because I travel some for work. Last week I got a free upgrade from Hertz and they gave me a GMC Terrain. Probably the worst driving experience I've ever had. Who would buy one of these things after a test drive? I didn't check to see what engine it had but it must have been a micro small 2 cylinder turbo. It had so little power from a stop that it was literally dangerous at traffic circles. Floored it several times trying to merge but until the turbo kicked in after about 10 yards, it barely rolled. Must have taken 2 seconds to travel that first 10 yards.

It has push/pull buttons for changing gears. Some you push, some you Pull. Most illogical thing I've ever seen. I wouldnt take this vehicle if you gave it to me.

Look on the bright side. You're participating in the saving of the polar bears.

Don't ever mind the simple fact that The United States of America is drowning in crude oil. Drowning....we have SO MUCH OIL.

It was OK on the highway with the turbo spinning but in town it was literally dangerous. Worst turbo lag I've experienced.
