I want something new. Really eyeballing 10mm handguns. I am however a multi-caliber guy. I dont discriminate. So, so, so many I want.

Doesn't do me any good to buy a new weapon, they only get wind up getting lost in a terrible pirogue accident down the bayou. :dancingbacon:

I really liked my G20. Only thing I didn’t like was:
-I was living in CA at the time, and only 3 people in my county had them. Myself and a gun shop owner was two. I always wondered if a crime was committed with a 10mm, a knock at 3am from SWAT was coming.
-Ammo cost. I purchased reloads from the gun shop owner at a really good price, so I was able to shoot it a lot. Due to ammo cost, the first concern wasn’t as much of an issue.

No waiting period in Va. I carry a Springfield Armory xd .45 tactical. Very big handgun. I just cant shoot small frame handguns. I reload my own ammo, which saves a lot. I've been looking at the Ruger 1911 in 10mm and the Glock 20 SF. I'm leaning towards the Glock. There's also the Coonan arms 1911 chambered in .357 Magnum. I've always liked the idea of a semi auto .357.

I have been itching for a new one as well. I'm leaning more towards an AR-15.

Remington makes one, basically just a Para Ordnance that says Remington on it since they got bought out. I'm really wanting one in 45 myself.

I handled a buddy's HK VP 40 recently. That pistol felt like it was custom made for my hand and the grip angle was perfect. The trigger was excellent as well; not as nice as a 1911 but without a doubt the best striker fired trigger pull that I have ever experienced. I have absolutely no need for one but I'm pretty sure that I'll be buying a VP 9 soon.

    Glock 19, gen 4!
I get the want for more guns.
IMO if I'm ever engaged in life or death CQC, I want to know that as I (might be forced to) egress, the ammo in my tools is consistent.
Nothing like have two extra 9mm mags when you lock the slide back on your 10mm!

I have a double stack Para in 40. It's my favorite pistol I own. Have a buddy who's a gunsmith. He lightened the trigger pull and replaced the hammer, safety and mag release with STI parts. Also added a fiber optic competition sight and a flared magwell. Matched with a Dawson tool-less base pad I can get 18 + 1 in it.
