    [FROM ORIGINAL POST 8/26/2019]
Hey all! So I put a deposit down on an Army Green PRO Tundra, and if all goes well I should be picking it up this weekend and driving it back home.

Super excited to get back into a Tundra CrewMax. I love having that much interior space. My 4Runner TRD Pro is currently for sale (if you are interested DM me and I can send you a link to that), and while I am sad to see it eventually sell, I know that the army green was something I had to have if/when it came out. Toyota made my wishes come true when they announced army green as the pro color for 2020. Decided to pull the trigger and here we are!

For Pro owners, how is the Fox Suspension? I have never driven in a Pro Tundra with Foxes yet, and I am curious to know your opinion on it. Also, for those that want a full 3" lift while retaining the Fox, is it worth it to keep and add spacers on top? Or does that compromise the ride too much?

    Thanks all!

Thank you! I am super excited to go get it. Army green is such a cool color. I don't care that ppl are bashing Toyota for using FJ colors, the colors are beautiful.

Congrats OP. @Coachbuilder1 has a very popular "Pro kit" that a lot of Pro owners get to add another inch of lift. I don't have a Pro, but if I remember correctly the kit is 2 coachbuilder shims per side (total of 4) and some of his shackles, I don't remember which ones.

Ahh yes. Forgot about CB. I had his shackles on my 16 CrewMax Limited and they were great! I have to take a look at his PRO kit. I know that I won't wanna stack the shims on top of each other so I would probably just do one shim and a +2 kit.

Thank you! I love the Platinum interior. I wish that quilted stitching, turn signals in the mirrors, and the ventilated seats would be in the PRO. But, the PRO has a lot of nice stuff the Platinum does not have, mostly the army green paint haha.

    Thank you! Will do!

Thank you! It feels good to be back (almost). I can't wait to be behind the wheel of a 5.7 V8 again. I missed that and the interior cabin space the most.

Welcome, nice color Pro! 2 CB shims a side will add 1”. But total 3” is usually the limit for stock UCA. CB shackles would raise the back, fyi their width may affect a big spare tire. Toytec makes thinner as capable shackles, bolts pointed outward. Performance wise I’d stick with 1 shim a side if any.

Congrats! I can't wait to see pics. Just a thought but if you start to lift it more, aren't you going to throw off the front sensor and have a headache on your hands? These vehicles are getting too fancy!!!

Ahh good to know. Yeah I might just do one shim per side in the front and leave the back as is and call it a day. I just want it to be level for now. I will eventually move on the Kings later on down the line once I can afford it again haha.

Thank you! Yeah I have to look into how the TSS-P will react to a lift and how to remedy that. I have heard of some people trying to relocate the front sensor lower somewhere possibly on the front bumper? Don't quote me on that tho haha.

So jealous! I've seen a flurry of photos of the Army Green but haven't seen it in person yet. I can't wait to see one that is built! Congrats, and keep us posted!

    Thank you for the welcome!

Thank you! Yes I will definitely create a build thread for it and eventually (maybe) make an IG for it as well.

Congrats! Army Green is badass! I'm thinking of getting the Army Green but I also like the color white. Decisions....

agreed. A specific color isn't only restricted to one model.

    Howdy from SoCal!

That would be a great deal if you could get $3k off MSRP on a 2020 Army Green. I highly doubt that is real tho... it's gotta be at least MSRP.

Absolutely! I love the FJ colors. Sandstorm and Magma are some personal favorites of mine as well. You can't go wrong with Army Green or White!

Oooo didn't even think of that... you may be onto something with that idea

    Thanks! :broccoli:

    Baxter approves as well

Damn! Whoever hops on that deal is a lucky MF :spending:

Good to know. I'm sure it is! Maybe a CB shim to help level it (not sure if one is enough to be completely level but might be close enough) and some meaty tires!

So what, Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler does it all the time. The Charger is available in the same color as a Jeep Rubicon, they just name the colors differently for different model lines
