Nice find. I’ve got a hypertech speedometer recalibrator that’s been sitting for maybe two years. Never got around to installing it, but if I find the time and run into issues I’ll definitely give this a try! Was it pretty close based on tire size or did you need to adjust it a few times to get it accurate?

I already knew how far off I was as a percentage, based on GPS speed vs. speedometer, so that was the correction factor I was targetting. It's also more accurate to measure the tire height on the truck as it squats when loaded and that diameter is what actually matters.

For the Harrop guys, does this kit looks like a complete 2650 Harrop Stage 2? I found someone willing to sale this. Still working on the price.

And NEVER MIND, scratch that. He wants 9K for this setup. No way Jose.

So fock it, I made my decision, I am going with another Magnuson 2650 primarily due to prices and getting a really good deal from Colton again.

That being said I do want to safely and sensitively add some more HP to the RCSB truck with a bigger fuel pump, injectors and sniv pulley and put a nice bow on it with the OTT tune from @JustDSM Is a 2010 so I kind of wanna stay on the safe side and not go crazy.

That being said what exact upgraded parts and models I need to get knowing the work well with the OTT tune? @JustDSM you have a proven list for your tune that will work well with the Magnuson 2650?

Bigger Fuel Pump: Model & # number? - DW340 pump
    Bigger Injectors: Model & #number? - DW 650
    Smaller Pulley: SNIV 76mm

    Anything else?

@JustDSM quick question on the OTT tune. With the upgraded pump, injectors and pulley can I drive the truck with the canned Magnuson tune until I coordinate for the OTT tune or it needs to go immediately on top of the upgraded hardware? So I know how to time and coordinate all the moving parts.

Thanks boss man. What pulley size do I need from SNIV the master? Conservative, given the fuel pump size and injectors.

The fuel pump is ok. You will need a remote tune for injectors as the injector constant/offset will be off.

Thanks. Then it looks like I need to coordinate to push the OTT tune right after the install before I drive out.

With the OTT tune and these options, what HP am I looking at? Conservatively?

    Option:
    76mm pulley
    DW340 fuel pump
    DW650 injectors

I have seen the ecu accommodate a 10% increase in injector size and that was pushing it. He could give a base tune for you to get to the tuner or just remote tune? Should be around 614HP at the engine.

Yes as the Tundra is about 15% parasitic loss.

The Valve Body upgrade is good insurance on a trouble free AB60...I'm pushing 15-16psi with a rebuilt IPT trans and valve body.

So I am reading up on the fuel pump for my Houston elevation and I am reading the 400 is better? The 300/340 is a drop in where 400 required install modification. For the 76mm pulley and DW650 injectors where should I go? 300 or 400?

    DW300 / DW340 DW300 series pump 340 LPH 39mm (drop-in)
    DW400 DW400 series pump 415 LPH 46mm (mod required)

Where you increase pump output you will tax the venturi setup to refill the canister. Yes, it's a slippery slope...
Most people have done well with the 340lph and 650 setup. I believe the DW430 will drop in with no mods. It's been a whole since I used a stock setup.
You can modify the venturi by using the Radium setup or a modified FFV canister. But I honestly don't believe you need it.

The trans is the weak link. Get over 550hp-600hp, and you are gambling. The valvebody helps and is good insurance but it’s a gamble. I would definitely recommend the valvebody. My past experience with diesels is you can make a stock trans last a long time with a good valvebody and knowing how to drive it. Don’t do full throttle downshifts and don’t lug the engine down. If it starts to lug, drop a gear and get the rpm’s up and pump pressure up and fluid moving and cooling down.

If you didn’t yet, I’d upgrade the VB on your 21 if it’s supercharged and your pride and joy before spending any of the fun money on the RCSB. I’d consider it a must have.
