Picked up my CM couple days ago after the system install. My first impression was HOLY SHI!T, sound stage is phenomenal and plays amazing at any volume. I still feel it can be better tuned in the bass department. Don’t get me wrong there’s plenty of it it’s just not what I feel it can be. I posted my mid bass/sub disappointment on an audio forum with most agreeing that this setup should absolutely be able to provide better bass. Unexpectedly, Andy(AudioFrog owner) reached out to me and offered to listen and further tune if necessary. Needless to say you don’t often get service like this anywhere. I purchased AF after finding nothing but great reviews and this confirms AF’s reputation. I’ll post updates after visiting Andy.

Here’s what the setup consists of:

    Alpine Halo9 HU
AF GS690 6x9 in front doors
    AF GS10 tweets in dash
    AF GS62 in rear doors
AF GS610C crossovers under rear seats
    RF T600/4 powering highs
    RF T1500-1db for the subs
2- 10TW3-V4 in custom box behind rear seat

Sound deadening(dynamat) on all doors(inner and outter skins) rear panel(also inner and outer skins) and under rear seats.

I will say that the cab is much quieter driving down the road.

Also had a front camera installed. All factory steering controls still work as well as additional vehicle info accessible via the HU.

Now for the fun part :bananadance:

Hell no Man!!! Blow the money and be happy!!! Life is too short. Sell your useless shit on Ebay and fill your Pay Pal account. Then turn around and buy Tundra Upgrades hahahahaha Thats what Im doing!!!! My girlfriend pulls, cleans, takes pictures then I pull up the drafts and add in the description and hit the list button. Then I hear random CHA CHINGS and I ship! Then I buy more Tundra stuff and oh oh heres another CHA CHING!!!! REPEAT THE PROCESS!!

I would take Andy up on his offer to help you out.
Guy is THE GURU when it comes to tuning vehicles, NEVER pass up the opportunity to get him in your truck to help, SERIOUSLY!!!
And for the record take things on DiYMA at face value, lots of guys who know it all but wont let you listen to what they've got.

I’m still tinkering with it. With some music it sound phenomenal but with some songs it seems to lack something I can’t put in to words.

On DiYMA there are some good guys who know how to tune in Cali, but without a dedicated processor its going to be hard to really dial it in.

the unit lines up with the hazard button. I don’t think you’ll have a problem but it’s hard to gauge from the angle of your pic.
