FS: 2018 SR5 halogen headlights (w/bottom LED strip) and halogen fogs. $225. Ft Worth, Texas

Upgraded to LED and I have these sitting around.
$225 for both the headlights and the fogs. $175 for headlights. $50 for fogs.

 

I have a "15 Platinum with the led strips. I'm interested in these since they are black. Do you know if they are plug and play or do I need a new harness as well?

 

I needed a harness to mod over to full LED headlight assemblies. Therefore I would think that you wouldn't need a harness. But I really don't know.

 

@iHacker can answer for sure, but I'm fairly positive the new SR5 headlights are just the old Platinum headlights with a black housing, should be plug-n-play.

This headlights are basically the same old Platinum/1794 style headlights so they are plug and play for your 15 Platinum no harness needed.

Yes for 2014-17 SR5 with Amber DRL a harness is required for the LED DRL strip.

 

I put 5 lbs for large Fedex box and it said $27.97. I don't need the fog lights, so $230 shipped?

As I don't accept Paypal, there's really no other way to sell them except face to face unless the buyer wants to pay to use some sort of escrow service.
So they'll sit in the garage until whenever.

 

@FoghornTX i am just wondering which one you upgraded to. I am also looking to change my 2018 headlight but I couldn’t find any direct replacement?

 

I went with the full LED ones that are on the Platinum, buying a harness from iHacker.
But at this point if I wanted to go full LED, I would spend the $1200 and buy the Morimotos when they come out with their LED headlight assemblies in a few months.

 

Oh ok I am looking for daytime running halo headlights like Dodge Challenger. I think there is no one out yet.

 

There's some company out there that does those. I see guys and gals here that have posted pictures of those. While they do look interesting, I went with straight forward LED assemblies and fog so I can blind BMW and Benz drivers as they like to do that to others.
