now that I have a decent suspension up front: KING coilovers + TC UCAs. I'm thinking of removing the front sway bar to get the full benefit of it. what do you guys think ?
I also have the TRD rear sway bar.

yeah I'm wondering if removing the front and leaving the rear would control the body roll that I will get from removing the front only.
Rear I'm thinking of disconnecting the links when O/R

I wonder if the new 2018 TRD Sport front TRD sway bar makes a difference?

I have not heard of anyone removing the front sway bar without removing the rear one. Try disconnecting rear one first and see if you like the ride. Then remove the front. If you find the body roll to be too much, you could always reinstall it.

+1 for removing the sway bars

I've taken corners fairly quick and never felt like I was in any sort of danger. Those Kings will definitely shine without the sways.

Take it off. Both of them:D
Once I upgraded the suspension I took that off. Works great on and off-road.

I'm running ADS and TC upper's w/o the front sway and I'm most likely going to put the bar back on. Riding trails is fine but on the hwy I think it could be better. Has a lot of sway and driving fast around corners and with dips feels unsafe . I'm waiting for an appointment to install King 3.0's, if I can't fix the problems with the secondaries, the sway bar will be put back on.

Yeah on a bracket lift I would run the sway bar. Body roll is more prominent that high up.

Think it can be fixed at all with tuning of secondary shocks?

Might help a little. Your center of gravity is really high now so that's alot of mass way up high. And when turning that big truck its gonna lean.

If I ever need to go hardcore off road, I will remove mine, it’s easy. I drive my family all over the country in my truck. Had the most unfortunate experience of a completely wasted person cut across 4 lanes entering the on ramp completely unconscious. It barely caught my front bumper, but I was heavy. Loaded down moving from CO to AZ, so family of 4, 2 dogs, and stuff to live for 2 weeks. The stability system, and to a far greater extent the sway bars kept me from flipping on my lid going into the median, only casualty was a few fish... Mine stay.
