Front bumper splash shield, removal

    Greetings,

    I'm trying to remove my 2007's splash shield and this screw (see pic) is just spinning, not unscrewing. Should this be pulled out like a plastic push clips?

    No, there is a small rectangular plate in front of the liner which that screw connects to. At least that’s how mine was. I would suggest pulling while loosening.

    Put something thin behind the screw head and pry outward while unscrewing.

    It's not threaded. I just pulled it straight out.
