    Hey guys,

Ive been reading about the freedom off-road UCA's with the rubber bushing and they seem to be getting good reviews with other trucks/SUVs.

They are $320 right now and I emailed the company to get the answer but they would only say "the UCA's will only work with 2"-4" lift over factory". I am running the Rancho 9000 Quicklift for my 2009 toyota tundra, so it should be 2.25" lift over factory.

Thats within the 2-4" lift over factory they mention but I was wondering if anyone else things being so close to the minimum requirement could be an issue?

Also anyone have these freedom off-road UCA's and have more review on them?

I just ordered mine yesterday. I think there’s been mention of needing to shave the the upper strut mount a hair to clear the UCA during suspension travel.

Maybe that has something to do with it.

Update on Freedom Offroad UCAs. They fit Bilstein @Top setting 6112 just fine.

No. I got lazy and paid to have the struts and UCAs installed. They said it went smoothly.

6112/5160. Ranchhand rear bumper and Valhallas Shields.
How's the ride and steering? and more importantly did the alignment come out after the installation.

Aligned just fine. Truck rides the smoothest it had since I bought it 2 years ago. I have now taken it on some legit 4x4 trails with no issues.
