    I currently have a member on another forum willing to take it off my hands locally. Having issues setting up a time to meet though. Will keep you guys informed if it should not work out.

    I'm actually in the East bay. My parents still own a house in the Richmond district on 5th Ave (within a quarter mile of Geary and Arguello).

    I lived between Geary and Clement on 5th Ave when I was an infant. My parents moved us over to the East bay in 1970. (They still own the place on 5th)
