I replaced my OEM bed tie-down cleats and am paying it forward...I have a set of four for free (just pay $8.00 USPS small flat rate box shipping). I figure someone might need them. Off of my 2019 (paint code is 218).

No rust, just a few paint chips. Comes with all screws.

Generous offer :) tnx for paying it forward to the community. I don’t need the tie downs but I was wondering since the factory seems to paint post-install, do you feel these can come off and go on without mucking up the paint really bad to the point where it’s really noticeable? I see you mentioned paint chips which I totally anticipated BUT how bad is it? I’m doing a sprayed in bed liner and was hoping to remove-spray-reinstall

Imo you should definitely remove them yourself before taking your truck for spray-in liner. If you don’t, they’ll either leave them in place when they spray (definitely removes your option to remove them neatly in future), or use a torque wrench in a matter you might if you were in a hurry and it wasn’t your truck. If it’s not obvious, you can ask me how I know....

They came off nicely and didn’t tear up the paint on the bed, the paint chips I mentioned were from straps on the tie downs. If you do remove them prior to your bed liner spray you’ll probably have to clean out the liner spray from the threaded holes to reinstall.
