The 07 has a few parts to the front bumper. Are you talking about the top painted bumper pad right below the grill, the steel bumper cover below that, the plastic center trim inside the bumper cover, or the actual bumper bar behind that?

Or do you have a full plastic bumper cover?

Hi Frank. Behind your bumper "cover" the is the actual bumper bar. There are large metal brackets on each end of it the the bumper cover attaches to. You may want to check those. You may also want to check the bolts that attach the actual bumper bar to the end of the frame. Not easy to get to but can be done.

FRANK FROM CT. THANKS FOR THE ADVISE BUT ONE PERSON ASKED ABOUT THE TYPE OF BUMBER & MY 2007 IS ALL PLASTIC . IT IS LOOSE AT BOTH SIDES MEANING THE RIGHT & LEFT NEAR THE HEADLIGHTS . I WANT TO TRY TO DO THIS MYSELF BECAUSE THE OTHER DAY I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET NEW WIPER BLADES YOU SEE I HAVE A CREDIT WITH THE TOYOTA REWARDS CARD ANYWAY THEY CHARGED ME $4.00 TO PUT ON THE BLADES WHICH TOOK A WHOLE 20 SECONDS SO I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THAT .I CAN IMAGINE WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE TO FIX SOMETHING THEY PROBABLY LOOSENED THEMSELVES WHEN I HAD EITHER THE OIL CHANGED OR THEY RESPAYED THE TRUCKS UNDERCOATING. MAYBE IF ANYONE HAS A PDF ON A PLASTIC BUMBER REMOVAL I COULD PROBABLY FIGURE OUT WHICH BOLTS MIGHT BE LOOSE THANKS AGAIN .I WILL TAKE PICTURES & SHOW THE MEMBERS ALL OF THE THINGS I HAVE IMPROVED ON THE TRUCK

If you mean the little rectangles under the headlights, that means the push tabs that attach them to the fender broke. The dealer would need to replace them.

Watch how you need to remove the front liner. Then skip to 1:42 and the bulbs are twisted, then pulled out of the housing. Pretty easy once you're in there.

Welcome to the site, I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for your law enforcement service.
