I've not bought stuff from there....but I remember having conversations with my Dad years ago when he was 'prepping' (the smart kind, not the doomsday tinfoil hat kind lol).

After Katrina hit back in 2006 or so (I think it was), I began taking it seriously; and in Feb. of 2020, I thought "Well crap, what if this is as bad as they say?"

I thought ".....naaaahh" but it couldn't hurt to prepare; so we bought flour, salt, cornmeal, powdered milk, face masks, etc.

A month or two later, thankfully, we were good to go (and still are) despite not being able to get anything. Hopefully people don't forget how tough it was to get stuff.

There's an Amish website that has pretty good dehydrated/MRE foods. Flavor is good, prices are decent & quality is excellent. I can't remember the damn name though!

I use both of these. Their freeze dried/dehydrated stuff is good for up to 25 yrs. ReadyStore has good deals all the time and low shipping cost. Just recently got a case of 12 MRE's for less than $80 shipped! Still have 3.5 yrs until inspection date. I use the MRE's when I'm out and about from time to time.
