Staying in paradise valley for the long weekend. Looking for food places to go that are family friendly but also a good time. I don’t mind driving. Pretty bummed that greasewood flats went out of business (thinking of places similar to that). I see there is a San Tan Flat, is that any good? Anyway, any help is appreciated. Thanks!

San Tan Flats is good, but that’s over an hour from PV. We’re actually stacationing up there right now. Where are you staying?

Nice! Looks like a fun place. Yeah, I was looking at it and might be a little too far of a drive for the kiddos considering the haul they did yesterday.

staying at the Scottsdale plaza. I’m sure I can find some fun places around here

I want to say OhSO in PV on Tatum, has yard games (ping pong and cornhole), under their fanned and misted patio. dog friendly too.

The one on Indian School is closer to where he’s at, but I don’t think they have as cool of a patio. Chelsea’s Kitchen is cool, Dough Bird is really good food. I’m trying to think of some other spots in the area, but we don’t get up here a ton.

the one on Indian school that backs up to the canal is my favorite location, but yeah doesn’t hit the kid factor.

I’ll check it out. I lived in DC ranch so doesn’t bother me to have to drive a good distance to get places

If you're ever in Gilbert Caldwell BBQ is pretty good.
