Hey guys, i bought a 2015 SR 4.6 in November, Upgraded from my 2000 4runner, I have a Base Model SR 4.6 double Cab, and noticed after i got it that it didn't come with fog lights. I looked into after market ones and when i wen to install them i found that there was factory wiring for Fog lights already there, So i wonder if anyone has done this before? I talked to my local dealer and they looked up the part numbers and there is 2 switches one being mien and the other being the one that has the fog lights on it. I found one on ebay with the relay from Daytona Toyota and have it, and did a test with unplugging mine and plugging the plug into the new switch and with the relay in and it doesn't seem to turn on the fog lights, ive also contacted them and they said they put them on regularly in their service department. Has anyone does this before or am i the brave pioneer?

I actually figured it out and installed it and works great, I'm gonna make a guide for others who have the base Model SR pickup who want fog lights and intermittent wipers, its a simple install took about an hour to get it done.

Hey did you ever write this up anywhere? I have a 2016 SR as well and can buy the OEM fog lights but was curious how difficult the install is. I read one post that said just use a relay and switch rather than using the oem wiring that is already there. Thanks.

Do you have to change out the headlight stalk or will the fog lights come on with current stalk?
