Fog Lights - Morimoto Amber XB LED

Anyone here have these? Curious to know how they look and work. Sounds like they are a new amber colored model.

 

First....those look nothing like authentic Morimoto XB leds.

second....Morimoto has Stated they have no intention of producing their fog lights in amber.

 

Those sure look like morimotos to me and I did read that they were running a limited amount of these amber lights due to popularity and demand. I have the white morimotos and they are pretty good. I would buy these if they had a good sale or deal.

 

I believe these are real morimotos and a new model. It’s possible no one has them on yet which is why I asked. They have a deal on them now. $130 for the set. I might be the guinea pig and try them out.

 

love my white ones but as seen in the disclaimer, the yellow ones are not as bright.
They have lamin-X option as well.

Note - These Amber LED fog lights are about half the brightness of the White LED Type T fog lights.

 

I did see that. They are probably more a style statement then practical use.

 

When I got the Morimoto xb headlights, I got the fogs for free. They did offer the amber ones, but I went for the white to match the headlights.
