Me, I’m a Retired Army helicopter pilot and still commit aviation from time to time.
About 3 years ago I sold my beloved 1994 Toyota 4x2 pickup. A solid white little 2 door R22 power speed demon that I had for 16 years. Miss that little truck, but I don’t miss the lack of love on the Phoenix AZ roads of rage. For years I’ve been cut off, honked at, every thing but shot at in that little truck, talk about profiling.
Recently picked up a silver 2006 TRD 4 door and it’s amazing, now I must be blending in. No more honking, hostile car tossing into my lane with out turn signals, blocking me from changing lanes, cutting me off, pulling out right in front of me. Man I should have made the switch long ago.
I had never driven or even ridden in a Tundra before. Man oh man, my loss, what a sweet ride. Most of you tundra guys & galls just nodded and said hell yeah. Picked it up near San Diego and as I drove east on I-8 up that steep grade from sea level to 4000 feet it just cruised up easy as can be. It down shifted only once or twice and it got almost 20 mpg on the way back to Yuma. My little R22 got 24 mph on the highway so not bad for a V8. It has 100.7K for miles and very original. What a nice truck!
Now if I can only figure out which tire pressure sensor has the dead battery.

Welcome from New Jersey. Easiest way is literally go to Costco or any other tire retailer, and ask them to scan your tpms sensors... and the scantool (prob bartech) will tell you which one is dead, cheers and good luck!

I thought I had figured it out when I checked the spare and it was 24 psi. But nope, I set all the tires to 32 psi and did a reset. Still flashing. The tip to go to Costco is great, thanks.

Check the build link in my signature.
Welcome from the wet side of WA.

At that age, might not be a bad idea to just swap them all out.

Thank you guys for all the welcomes, this was not expected, I certainly feel like part of a group of enthusiasts that really want to help each another.

I am going to replace all 5, I’ll search the forum for a recommended only place to order them. Or if someone reading this has a favorite online store to purchase new TPMS

Welcome! One of my TPMS has been dead for a year. I figure I'll swap it out once I get new tires. As long as you check your pressure every now and again you should be good, but it's your choice.
