After owning four F-150's I bought my first Tundra a couple weeks ago, a 1794. Not only is it my first Tundra, it's my first four wheel drive vehicle and...it's my first black car/truck. I love how many people remind me almost every day the last couple of weeks or so how hard black is to keep clean :) but the almost white interior really shakes them up. (I'm sorta strange in that I actually enjoy waxing a vehicle...washing isn't bad but drying one I hate!)

I'm a year and two months shy of 70, live in northeastern Kentucky. Don't off road but I tow my bassboat quite a bit. I got the 6'7" bed so I could put a shell on it and sleep there when I'm on a fishing trip. I've always slept like a dead man that way but....this truck is so pretty I hate the thought of a shell on it.

    Too many, but not enough....
Welcome. Any reason in particular you decided to switch to Toyota after so long with Ford?

First our local Ford Dealer still had the ‘Local market adjustment’ on the sticker. That immediately turned me off. My wife and I have purchased 8 new vehicles off them before and they come at me with that?! Secondly I couldn’t find a 6.5 bed. Also many of the features I got with my Tundra cost way more on the Ford

finally, I really just love the look of the Tundra. I want a truck that looks like a truck

lol I might like it too much. Since late Feb when I bought it I’ve only driven it in the rain one time . I drive our old Honda Accord then that we bought in 2004
