Anyone know what this is? It's not in the Maestro diagram, nor is it in their "do not use" list. One side fits into the Maestro, the other side doesn't seem to have a counterpart in the Toyota OEM cables. 2021 SR5, non-JBL.

    Thanks

It had something to do with the front speakers I believe. You don't need it. I just threw it in a bag with the other cables that weren't needed. Everything pretty much goes through that data cable.
Another thing that I noticed as well is no matter which selection you make to flash the module (amp, without amp, etc), the wiring diagrams all seem to be the same. You do not need to run the cable to the OBD port either.

Do you still get TPMS and factory option controls then?

Yes, it is all through the data cable. All of the wiring in the box is like an "all in one" kit. Some vehicles will use them, some will not.

    Thanks!!

There's also a couple plugs on the maestro harness that look identical to each other, possibly one for each side of the unit. Per the diagram it appears only one needs to be connected. One is brown, other is black. I'm thinking I should just plug in everything that fits. Is that safe?

Interesting, looks like you 2020+ guys have a slight change to the wiring diagram vs 2014-2019:

Yep. The 2020 doesn't even use the OBD cable.
