A little of this and a little of that.
@D1227 How'd you get the lights from the left side of the truck to the right side, through the engine bay?

Once you were taped into the brown wire, how'd you attach the light strip underneath the truck to the wires indie the truck? The way I'm imagining this happening is into the engine bay down to the bottom of the bay and along the side of the truck..but I'm not sure if this is right.

the wiring kit that came with the light is a y shaped kit so there is only one wire coming from inside the truck to the engine bay then it y's out to the two light strips...and just like you said down the bottom and along side the truck.

So these recon big rig ice running lights are in tubes they are not strips. I do not think that 3m sticky tape will hold these... the metal clips supplied will not work. Any one got any idea's...

Got it figured out. All done hope these last longer than the other ones.

So since the metal clips were the wrong size for holding the tubes to the truck I found zip ties that have a hole for a screw. I used these and 3m double sided sticky tape. Worked out well.

This is where I had to tap into the headlight wires for my turn signal function and parking light function for the lights. Had to do this on both sides of truck.20180527_201250.jpg
