The Outlaws system is the Flowmaster 10 series correct and I know you stated they are loved but are they raspy as well

Either you go hard or not at all. If you want loud, then that’s a very loud raspy sound. A manly sound. There are other stuff out there that’s not as loud, but very nice like Dirtydeeds.

I would not suggest that you get a very loud exhaust for your truck if it’s your daily driver. The loud noises and drone will eventually drive you crazy.. I have other vehicles that I don’t I’ve and my 17 Tundras is a beast that I am still developing, so, I can afford to deal with the loud exhaust. Plus, I have fully upgraded my audio system which is even louder than my exhaust. :)

I have a flow master 50 series with just a turndown at muffler, no tailpipe and very clean look. Very very nice sound inside cab. No drone and not to loud, just a nice throaty tone. Also very quiet at idle.

I feel you answered your own question without knowing so, "I'm looking for something a little bit louder but not raspy" Hence, go with Cherry Bomb since you already know what Flowmaster has to offer as a product.

Welcome from San Diego. I’d suggest saving a little and doing it right the first time. You’ll be much happier in the long run. Check out DirtyDeeds Industries or the TRD Duals. Plenty of threads on here about the topic as well. Good luck with your search.

Welcome! There are multiple exhaust threads around here. A lot of people like the TRD exhaust and dirty deeds BAMmuffler. There are plenty of other options. Kind of pick your poison I guess. The two I mentioned are expensive but quality. I suggest to separate mufflers into a Y pipe exiting with single exhaust.

    Not nearly enough room here!
As has been said here, do it once (unlike me and many others) Call Keith at BA Exhaust and have a system built for YOUR truck, instead of something that may not be the best system for our engines but just happens to 'fit'. Price is certainly important but Value is different and just as important!

Look at places where you live. I had one built at a local exhaust shop for much cheaper than I could buy online and install myself. Nice thing was I got to meet with the owner first, talk about what I wanted (I'm in my 40's so I didn't want something over the top).... we designed it and he built it on the spot for about $550 out the door.... Plus, any issues I go right back to him.

Borla is a nice sounding exhaust. Might be a tad loud, depending on your likes/dislikes. Not sure about drone, but DDI eliminates all drone, which is awesome.

S&B intakes are pretty nice, but I doubt you see much for power or fuel economy gains.

    None. Keeping this one stock.
Had SnB. Volant. And TRD. Save your money. Stock intake is where it's at until you supercharge.

As well as TRD true duals. For years. I prefer stock now.
