Exhaust compatiblity between 2nd and 3rd Gen?

    2010 4.6L DC here. Currently has an aftermarket muffler (I didn't put it on) that's too much drone for my tastes. Would a cat back from a 3rd Gen fit? Does the cab matter, or engine size? I'm guessing yes it'll fit, and cab doesnt matter, but you know what they say about assuming.

    I'd love to get a BAM someday but not in the budget now. I can at least watch stuff that pops up locally.

    I believe the muffler and tailpipe are interchangeable as long as you stick with the same wheelbase.

    BAMuffler will sell you a drone killing resonator, that could be a cost effective solution.

    Mine is the 6ft bed, so as long as long as it's not from an RCSB or a long bed? I think a CM is the same base as DC. Thanks.
