First off I have never had issues until now. 2014 tundra SR5 TSS

Yesterday my back up cam shows a black screen when in reverse, vol on stereo can be turned to max and is still at low vol. and when using hands free I can hear the caller but they can’t hear me.

I checked fuses, replaced battery today, called dealer and got the run around.

I bought truck new, dec. 2013 with 11 miles and have 170,000

    Any ideas

Sounds like there is something wrong with your head unit. Everything else working fine with the HU? You check you fuses using a multimeter?

Yes, only issues is volume, back up cam, and callers can’t hear me talking. No I did not use a multimeter, just pulled and visually inspected, I did however replace the fuses under hood relating to the possible issues to rule out the 30 & 20 amp fuses, maybe there is a different fuse I’m overlooking? Deal said probably the HU after finally finding a dealer to speak with over the phone. Service manager said sit down when he told me price, omg will go after market if need be!

Some of us have replaced it with the Android head unit:

I have an OEM Entune+ head unit (no nav, non-JBL) I could possibly sell if you still wanted to retain OEM.
