I've been upgrading my rear view mirror and I ran into some frustrating issues.
I thought that the mirror harness located in the upper console was wired like I have in the picture. Another member confirmed this too (see rear view mirror upgrade post). I did test it with my multimeter initially with the same results . I had some issues with the harness, and while frustrated I cut the harness and decided to just splice the mirror into the wires. Dumb move I know... This caused my fuse to blow, so I changed that out. Simple fix. Now I have power to the 12v constant, but neither of the other 2 wires get power at all even with the ignition on. Or am i crazy and there are 2 ground wires there?
This has somehow affected my remote start as well. It doesn't work from my key fob or the app now.
I have a Carista OBD2 that showed some faults, so I cleared those. I also unplugged my battery for 10 minutes to reset the electronics. I can't for the life of me figure out why I'm not getting a keyed 12v power to that harness now OR why my remote start wont work anymore.
I do have the remote connect functions and it will lock/unlock. Everything else seems to work that I can tell.
I'm at a loss. It may be a dealership trip if nobody has any advice.

It does seem to the the s15 option connector. That’s the only unused connector in my upper console. I assumed it was the correct one. It’s really weird how the green ignition powered wire doesn’t have any power. Could that wire be on a different fuse than the constant power wire?
I guess S19 is supposed to be the mirror harness but I don’t see that anywhere in my truck.

@1lowlife problem solved. I had another fuse to replace. The wiring diagram helped me out tremendously. Thanks.
