I have mine on the second clip setting with the Eibach springs. I never measured it, but it’s in the 2.75” range, maybe 3”. My alignment guy got it aligned with factory UCA. I’m happy with them. They’re an upgrade over factory shock performance.

Ordered on Monday. The guy I talked to was very informative and helpful on the kit. Something I thought was cool is he said the have a complete lifetime warranty. For instance, If a shock leaks you just send them pics of it and they will send it to you without shipping back and fourth.
I will post pics of before and after. It will probably be in a couple weeks before I get to installing.

I have this set and contemplated installing it today but wasn't 100% on the clip location. Downloaded the pdf instructions and one says 3rd or 4th groove for the 2-2.5 inch (ish) lift range but the other set of instructions says bottom groove for 2.5 and 2nd for 3"......is this for with OEM spring vs with the included Eibach spring that came in the kit I ordered?

I’m calling today to sort this out.

The instructions on the product page say with Eibach springs the bottom clip is 2” and the second clip is 3”. It says the top clip shouldn’t be used. But apparently a bunch of guys have seen that the bottom clip is 2.5”.

I’ll let you know what I find out!

I think I just figured it out actually.

The stage 1 kit for 2000-2006 has instructions that’s say they bottom clip is 2.5”.

The instructions for the 2007-2015 says 2” on bottom.

And the instructions for the 2016-2021 say 2.5” on bottom.

    What a mess.

I just had them installed at the 1st groove. With the Eibach coils I would say just over 2". Didn't remember to make a before/after measurement but the front is sitting 1/2 to 1/4 inch higher than the rear. Figuring it will settle to level.

Just FYI, I went with eibach stuff from toytec on a previous tundra and they were very inconsistent on the lift heights. May want to contact toytec and ask for David. He can explain

Finally got my coilovers put on. Couldn't be happier. With 275 70 Cooper Rugged Treks
The ride is the same or better than stock. I put the matching shocks on the rear which ride noticeably better than stock.

    After with stock tires:

@NorcalHntr - Still pleased with the set up and tires? I have the same lift coming in this week, and will be looking for new tires and like the look of your rig, so Rugged Treks have moved to the top of my list.

With the Eibach spring, bottom grove is about 2”, second groove (middle) is about 2.75”, top groove is not advised unless you have a heavy ass bumper and winch.

I still love my set up the rugged treks are great imo. They hum a little but not too much. Way less than St Maxx I had on my Silverado. I just drove in heavy rain yesterday towing my duck boat and they performed well.
The suspension is definitely a little stiffer on the street but I dont notice the potholes as much. Ive only put about 2k on the tires.

@jonclark96 - Your truck looks Great! Are you on stock or Eibach coils? What setting on the shocks?

I'm considering installing the Eibach shocks with stock coils to 1.9in setting, then adding RAS to rear suspension to help when towing my 7000lb Travel Trailer. Already have Sumo Springs (black one's) and Equalizer WDH, but feel I need to stiffen things up on the rear when towing.

I got the coils from Toytec. They are the Eibachs on the first clip according to the Toytec website. I got a little more than the 2.5 inches advertised.

Did you order directly from Eibach? Warranty exchange sounds like a breeze. I wonder if ordering from a vendor is more hassle?

We stock and have sold plenty of Eibach kits to forum members here. I can't speak for others, but if you have warranty issues we're happy to advocate for you and run interference if need be. Let me know if we can help over here at Hotshot Offroad :)
