Well, pulled the trigger on the Eibach kit with the help of David @Toytec Lifts. David was extremely helpful in answering all my dumb questions being I am new to Toyotas. Hopefully it will be in by the end of the week! I will keep this updated once I get it installed.

Just as note, my decision to go this route was due to overall ride quality(price point was perfect as well) being a daily commuter. I don't really off-road(although I could start now), but this setup will allow great ride comfort with the ability to venture off the beaten path should I feel the need. IF needed, I will add SPC UCAs later on down the road.

Nice! I will most likely add UCAs at some point but my buddy who works at 4WheelParts said it will align fine, plus I am not an off-roader.

Eibach 3/1 lift here as well. I went with AAL's in the rear and JBA UCA's up front. The fit and finish of the coilovers was excellent for the price.

Ride quality is excellent, on-road handling is excellent, off-road handling is great for the mild wheeling that I do.

“Newb” question, as I thought I had the info saved, but didn’t and can’t find it via search. Wasn’t there a sticky for torque specifications for suspension components?! I’ll keep searching in the meantime as I know I found it at one point.

Is there a significant notice in ride quality with this setup vs say TRD suspension with spacers?

I went from TRD suspension with spacers to the Eibach's. Noticeable improvement, on and off road. Spacers do bad things to the front end, they move the entire assembly further down, this doesn't account for the bump stops. Bad things can happen with spacers, this was my primary reason for swapping them out and going to the Eibachs.

Found the thread with the torque specs.

Rear is done. Front will be Monday as my buddy is gonna do it and put it right on the alignment rack after. A lot easier that way.

Well, I may just do the front tomorrow as I think I found an alignment shop open on a Sunday.

Do you have four of them? I think I remember somewhere that those are for the bumpstops to drop them down a little. I could be wrong though.

Only 2. Trying to get this wrapped up but don’t want to continue if it’s needed somewhere I’m not seeing. Looked on ToyTec’s site and couldn’t find anything.

Also, is red loctite really needed on the lower ball joint bolts? Or will blue suffice? I have both if needed.

If your talking about the bolts to the bottom of the spindle you are ok with blue.

Can anyone confirm lower control arm bolt(alignment tab side) torque?

I found the one showing the torque for the 2 lower ball joint to spindle joint bolts and put them to 221.
