Sorry, I wasn't clear. I was referring to plug and play for an anytime fog mod, not the pods themselves.

I was gonna do the ones with blue radiance but decided to go with the blacked out ones.

Before I had my tundra I had a 2004 GMC Sierra. You could get this all lights on piece that goes in the fuse box and connects the high/low beam and fog lights relays in the fuse box so your fogs would stay on when you switched to high beams. Be nice if someone made this for the tundras.

Completed this mod this evening and really like being able to have the fogs on when parking/lights are on. Nice to have them on high beam as well. I don't know about the 5 minute thing for it took me 6. Had to file a notch in the top of the fuse box for the wire to rest in.

I didn't want to take a chance potentially breaking the connector by bending it, so I went to Autozone to pick up an extra. In case anyone is interested, most of their stores stock the Duralast Relay, part number: 20382 which is a replacement for the Denso.

Nice job. I had a notch already in the box from recent mods. Forgot to add that in the write up lol. Glad to see you using this mod.

Has anyone done the "relay ground-out mod" with the addition of a switch in the dash. Then you would have ultimate control over your fogs.

The only thing I don't like about just grounding out the relay is that the fogs will be on ALL the time. I am considering this mod with the addition of an interior switch, to control the ground.

They are controlled by your main light switch, fogs come on with parking lights that’s the trigger point. So they aren’t on all time just when your tail lights are on.

Let us know how the interior switch goes.

Yeah I’m down to do this mod. I like the fact I can just throw a new relay in to go back to stock and I run my fogs with my headlights all the time also. Thanks for the write up

My reasoning as well. I run with the fogs on when the heads are on anyhow, so why not include with the parking lights as well. Since I picked up another relay, I threw the original OE relay in the glove box in case I wanted to go back to stock at will.

I’m going to do the same. Once @darkknight2014 tells us the connectors work for the fogs I’m going to get the Ridgid fog kit

Which connectors do you have a question about? You talking about an adapter from the factory fog connector to the Rigid deutsch plug?
If so, I bought mine from @Caliraisedled 's ebay store before I knew they were a vendor on here.

Yes. I found some on Amazon that look like they will work but I’ll look at CaliRaised too. I was looking at their ditch light brackets

To save you some headache later on, if you don't already know, the rigid mounts have horrible light jiggle, the little thin tab lets the lights bounce all over the place. You will either need to weld a gusset to the light mount tab or add another bracket from the back side for support.

I have seen gussets like this one welded on.
    Screenshot_20180123-165508.jpg
Or what I did was add a bracket made out of 1"wide aluminium flat bar and bolted it to the bumper and the light mount.

Hahahaha that's funny, I did this not a few months ago because I tried putting rigid lights in as my fog lights and due to reverse polarity they blew the fog switch on my stalk and the dogs wouldn't come on.... Did this not and voila, fogs work. Haha
