Hey y’all. Figured I’d start a thread for my new rig.

Back in August I sold my 2003 SR5 AC 4x4 Tundra after almost 8 years, lots of hard miles working, and many great adventures.

A little over a month later in September, the 17th, I drove 4 hours to look at a 2014 limited TRD crew max 4x4 with 94k miles. This was the first truck I was to look at. It was in superb condition and from my inspection had never seemed to be off pavement. No dirt anywhere. Not in the skids, bedsides, top of t-case, nowhere. the inside was just as nice and car fax showed nothing but oil changes every 5k miles like clockwork. I didn’t go look at the second truck. 4 hours back home in my new to me Tundra. What a day!

I can’t wait to see where I’ll go in this truck. I have several additions waiting on me when I get home from this work trip.

Also, I’m trying to make it to 2020 before I hit 100k miles. Sitting in truck listening to Jimi Hendrix with the odometer at 99,977mi as I type this. I don’t know if I’m going to make it. Might have to Uber to work haha

I installed an aluminum UWS toolbox that I had laying around, it’s got linex on the inside. I also threw on some door sill protectors up front.

Thanks! Assuming we’re talking about winch bumpers I like to JB fab bumper from wild horses4x4 for the bricknose. Aeronose, my favorite is by far the one from rock solid fab. I like the low profile look. Big but not piggy. I’ll be getting the JB fab for mine. My current one is from the PO and is not suitable for winching duties though it carries a winch.

Mine is an 89 Eddie Bauer. Full factory interior. 302/aod/1356 tcase. Gt40 heads, 4.56 Yukon gears, Detroit locker front, limited slip rear, 5.5 Deaver soft ride on 35x12.50 General at2. It’s been a super fun build/rebuild. Next is full exhaust with long tubes.
I love Broncos and my first truck was a 95 f150 4x4. That’s my dad and my sis starring in the pics. here’s a link to my build thread on FSB if you’re interested

Sweet man. Thanks for the info. I’ll look those up. My first truck was a ‘90 F150 with the 300. Loved that truck and the body style.

attached is my Eddie Bauer with a 351w. Going to be built along the same lines of your bronco. I am compiling my parts now. The body will be down first then the truck. I’m buying a new Tundra soon so I can dedicate more build time to the 95

That’s a nice looking rig man, I love a lifted obs. I too had the 300 in my 150. I miss that truck.

Several things waiting to be installed. Yesterday I threw in my new Husky exact fit floor mats. They feel and fit great. Part 53711.

I also installed a TRD shift knob and boot.

Thank you! It’s from a 2019 Tacoma TRDpro. I think a few other years as well. The boot is from eBay.

And sad to say it, but this is where the adventure stops with this one. I put right at 25k miles on the truck since I bought it a year and 4 months ago. To make short of it I hit a pine tree in an accident. I am okay other than a broken hip. Hopefully start weight bearing soon.

I loved that truck. After searching for about a month I came across A 2016 platinum with 35k miles in super white. 1 owner truck and came with some mods.
    Tinted windows
    Backflip bed cover and toolbox
    Spray in bed liner
    3/1 lift
    285/65R20 bfg all terrains
    Method 301s I think
Magnaflow exhaust dumped before rear axle, it’s on the quiet side
    K&N cold air
Some sort of sub and box behind the rear seat (It’s hooked up but doesn’t beat hard. I haven’t had a chance to check it out yet)
    And running boards thank God

First mod for this truck is a driver grab handle so my broke hip self can get up in this thing.
I guess I need to make a new thread. Apologies ahead of time for the horrible quality pic

P.S. Driver side curtain airbag deployed fine with grab handle installed

Thanks yall. I got released for 100% weight bearing yesterday, boy it's weird after no weight on the leg for 6 weeks.
