For the sake of me I can not figure out if the rear seat with the head rest move up to get the jack and back area!

To get to my jack, I had to raise the passenger side rear seat and wrestle it out underneath the seat. I actually read the owners manual, don't tell anyone though.

Shame on me for never even trying to get it out. I should probably check it out tomorrow before I have to do it in pouring rain or 0° weather.

Are we talking about the Crewmax? I had to get to the jack and tools last summer in 100 degree weather due to a flat tire...not hard...flip handle on passenger seat bottom, raise seat bottom...reach under seat support to loosen hold down and it comes right out. Rubber band device holds tool pouch, so reach under seat support to release and pull tools out.

Carry a breaker bar with socket and you will be glad you did if you ever get a flat.

They should never be torqued so tight that you would beed a breaker bar anyway. Yes it's nice but like we all know storage is a premium

I have this tire wrench that sells at Walmart comes with one socket that 2 sided and the wrench extends out for better leverage better than OEM stock

I bought my Tundra used and it didn't have a jack or lug wrench. Can't imagine why anyone would want to take them out and keep them. I went back and had the dealer take the ones out of my Tacoma for me. I still don't know if they work or not and I hope I don't ever find out. At least not on a day that is 20 below or 100 above.

I wouldn't wait to find out, had a similar scenario my last couple months in okinawa. I got a flat and being that the rims were aftermarket and the original tools did not fit, lucky there was a tire shop 2 blocks away. They came and changed the tire free of charge.

When I had my 2011 I had a flat at night along a highway. Having never dropped the tire down from the rear bumper, I would recommend you do that too. I was late to a playoff game my youngest was in and I was rushing. Took me 3 times as long as it should have to get the damn thing changed.....
Could do it in under 10 now!
