Looking to put a dual exhaust on my 2018 Tundra TRD sport. I'd like opinions on what to go with. An aftermarket brand or a OEM TRD? I'm looking for a nice deep tone. Louder then oem, but not too loud.
Looks like Flowmaster will be too loud for me. Magnaflow and Borla are possibilities. Any other suggestions?

@dirtydeeds, give Keith a call. Corsa sounds really nice but it's a single. TRD sounds OK, that's what I have.

I'd get in touch with Keith @dirtydeeds
He makes all kinds of exhaust. You may be better off going with single to prevent power loss but he will be your greatest resource, he does make a kit for duals as well as really really good singles

What about Gibson, I have a cat back on my 4.0l tacoma and loved it. Nice tone but not overly loud

Give Kieth aka @dirtydeeds a call, he makes a TRD replacement system and can customize it for the sound you want.

TRD- I've had people ask "is that after market exhaust" but never complain. It sounds great on startup and even better above 4K RPMs. I had it on my 2011 and refused to take delivery on my 2017 until they had it installed.
I love it; perfect volume and nice rumble.

I just purchased a Corsa for my 18 tundra and its fantastic. No drone, loud when you want it to be.

Does after market exhaust reduce fuel economy on a Tundra 5.7? I ask because I put a Magnaflow with turn downs on my old 2013 Silverado and went from 20mpg to no better than 13mpg. I now have a 2010 CM supercharged with a stock exhaust and I get 17mpg on the highway now, but I want to open up the exhaust without sacrificing mpg.

A well engineered exhaust, like one from @dirtydeeds industries will not hurt your mpg, idk if a weld on or other brand duals would. I think the dramatic loss of mpg is likely coming from the heavier right foot, the exhaust rear is addictive for sure.

My last two Tundra's have had TRD Duals. My 2007 I added it with a fit kit from Keith at Dirty Deeds (thanks Keith that was awesome!) and my 2017 Crewmax I bought with it already installed from factory.

But If I had another truck without it and needed to install something aftermarket I'd go with Dirty Deeds Dual TRD stuff.

    I run Banks Monster Exhaust.
Both on my 2010 Tundra, which had the split dual, and now a single exit on my 2018 Tundra.
I love the sound, deep and rich, but not too loud. Very minimal drone.
They only offer a single exit right now, but I got a 2nd tip and plan to put a T in to make it a split dual.
Not the answer you were looking for, but I support Banks, and just thought I would chime in.
