Can someone tell where to view the DTE indicator on a 2017 Tundra? Does it even have one?

On my 2014 you have to press the settings button on the steering wheel multiple times for it to show up on the display on the dashboard next to your tach and speedometer.

yes, there is one...press the button on the steering wheel to scroll between: DTE, MPGs, Brake controller screen, and Trip time. I may be forgetting something, I leave mine on DTE, so I don't scroll much.

if i remember correctly it's basically just a "distance until the fuel light indicator shows up" which in itself is way premature an inaccurate.

The low fuel light comes on around 20-30 miles DTE. At that point, if you fill up, you'll only get about 31-32 gallons in. The Tundra has about a 6 gallon reserve to keep the fuel pump cool.
    Here's a pic.

How accurate is the DTE reading? When you hit "empty," do you always put in 31-32 gallons or does it vary?

When I first have the truck, it always show 400 miles/tank. But I let the truck run until gas light show up once. I only see getting 345 miles/tank.
